I4C - triple C 

The project I4C-TripleC of 4th Framework Programme of European Commission (1998-2000) was carried out in three hospitals in Eastern Europe (in Prague, Caslav and Bratislava). The goals of I4C-TripleC were reached by

•  integrated access to cardiological patient data;
• support of patient care, research and the assessment of the quality of care;
• more comprehensive and more consistent recording of patient data and biosignals, combined in a multimedia patient record.
