Curriculum Vitae

After graduating on Faculty of Nuclear Science and Physical Engineering CTU in Prague, he became an employee  of the EuroMISE s.r.o.  where he participated in project "Information technologies for development of continuous shared health care". During the participation he studies and implements a communication interface based on HL7 version 3 standard intended for transmission of messages about patient health (so called HL7 message broker). With practical experience with HL7 standards, in January 2007 he was elected president of HL7 Czech republic - an affiliate of Health Level Seven Inc. HL7 Czech republic is Czech civil association  and is the sole HL7 standard bearer for the area of Czech Republic.In 2008 as delegate of Czech National Forum for eHealth, he participated in working groups of the Interministerial Coordination Committee on eHealth. This effort leads to wide acceptance of significant role of international standards (EN 13606, HL7, CDA ...) and nomenclatures by Czech Ministry of Health. Since April 2009 he is involved in CBI research project in field of European and International standards for biomedical system interoperability.
