Curriculum Vitae

In 1999 she graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague with specialization on mathematical statistics. In years 1999-2000 she enrolled in the international MSc. course in Biostatistics at the Limburghs Univesitair Centrum (currently Hasselt University) in Belgium, oriented on applications of various statistical methods in different fields of medicine and biology. Since 2000 she has been working in EuroMISE, the Department of Medical Informatics in the Institute of Computer Science of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, v.v.i. (ISC AS CR). Here she focuses mainly on population genetic studies (collaborating with Institute of Inherited Metabolic Disorders) and studies in obstetrics and gynecology (collaborating with General University Hospital).
