Reservation for an examination in the outpatient department of preventive cardiology

Here, you can book an examination to the outpatient department of preventive cardiology of the EuroMISE Centre. The department is operated by the General University Hospital in Prague and Municipal Hospital in Caslav. Choose a term which suits you best and fill in required data.

The examination takes approximately one hour. The time mentioned in a Term item stands for the beginning of the examination

The examinations is carried out in the outpatient department of preventive cardiology of the EuroMISE Centre, which is located in the premises of the Institute of Computer Science of  the Academy of Sciences of CR, Pod Vodarenskou vezi 2, Prague 8, Czech Republic.
