 | An Electronic Health Record Data Structures On August 23rd, 2001 a working seminar of the EuroMISE centre – Cardio An Electronic Health Record – Data Structures took place in the hotel Měřín near the dam Slapy The main aim of the seminar was to find out optimal ways of data representation in an electronic health record with the emphasis on usability of collected data during sequential collective processing. Data representation will be solved with reference to possibilities of using electronic medical guidelines. This research is inspired by ideas and models implemented in the project I4C-TripleC. There were also summarized requirements needed for a newly developing system for record-keeping and data analysis about the history of a treatment. The seminar was initiated by a report of Ing. Petr Hanzlíček on a proposal of data structures of electronic health record. The next part, representation of the knowledge base, was worked out by Jiří Semecký. Josef Špidlen presented an idea of patient record implementation on DBS Oracle and client applications with decision support application for deciding on basis of medical guidelines recommendations for the hypertension treatment. RNDr. Antonín Říha discussed medical guidelines and an electronic health record. The last part belonged to MUDr. Jan Peleška and to the data model for cardiology. The closing discussion took place with consequence to previous reports. |  |  |  |
